We have lost it. Lost our sight for beauty. Lost our image of beauty. Lost our views of beauty. We neglect the beauty of life, the beauty of the ordinary, the beauty of the simplest form. We look so far to appreciate beauty, but indeed beauty stares back to us in our faces. Beauty is all around us. And, we have neglected these ordinary beauty. These minor things which has been a routine for the eyes. All have been under-appreciated.
Have you looked up to the sky lately? Have you look around your garden? Have you look at your country? Or do you just complain about everything there is.?
Everything that was once minor, small, unimportant, and unattented are beginning to bloom again in its beauty. As I look upon the clouds, I see the splendors its colour, and how the clouds cover the skyline, a real beauty indeed. And as I admire the clouds and sky by day, I am once again reveled at the beauty of the night. As the full moon proudly parade itself in the twilight, and the stars shines brightly, my heart dims of sadness and ponder of God's marvelous creations. It took 6 days for the creations of all these beautiful things, just six days.
Have you look around and really appreciate the surroundings? Really take a look at the insignificant things around you which is actually a real significance? Have you look up? look down? look left? or right? There's always something beautiful around. Beauty is in the mind. Its how you perceive things to be. If you wished for everything to be beautiful, they really are. Everything is beautiful in its own simple unique way.
Upon gazing at the petronas twin tower by night, i was simply amazed. A unknown feeling overwhelmed. A feeling not felt for so long. A feeling of satisfaction. A feeling of unspeakable joy. Just indescribable feeling. As I indulge in the beauty of the towers like never before, I pondered why couldn't I embrace such beauty before. Why didn't I stand in awe of the beauty? A question even myself is incapable of answering.
But, the beauty was already there, high and majestic as it illuminates the sky. It was a work of God. It seems that the tower was made by God's own fine hands, for no man could conceive such a creation of beauty. It was magnificent.
Look around you. There's more beauty in everything than we choose to see. We do not appreciate the beauties that has been a common to our eyes. Open your eyes, marvel at the creations for its unique beauty, and thank God for everything that seems insignificant. That would be a beautiful way to embrace life than the ordinary complains of life.
ssshhhh.
let the silence overwhelm
as the insignificant
blooms its beauty
and a still image appears
a priceless sight
to a rare beginning
of an endless lost
in reverie.
