lost for beauty.

We have lost it. Lost our sight for beauty. Lost our image of beauty. Lost our views of beauty. We neglect the beauty of life, the beauty of the ordinary, the beauty of the simplest form. We look so far to appreciate beauty, but indeed beauty stares back to us in our faces. Beauty is all around us. And, we have neglected these ordinary beauty. These minor things which has been a routine for the eyes. All have been under-appreciated.

Have you looked up to the sky lately? Have you look around your garden? Have you look at your country? Or do you just complain about everything there is.?

Everything that was once minor, small, unimportant, and unattented are beginning to bloom again in its beauty. As I look upon the clouds, I see the splendors its colour, and how the clouds cover the skyline, a real beauty indeed. And as I admire the clouds and sky by day, I am once again reveled at the beauty of the night. As the full moon proudly parade itself in the twilight, and the stars shines brightly, my heart dims of sadness and ponder of God's marvelous creations. It took 6 days for the creations of all these beautiful things, just six days.

Have you look around and really appreciate the surroundings? Really take a look at the insignificant things around you which is actually a real significance? Have you look up? look down? look left? or right? There's always something beautiful around. Beauty is in the mind. Its how you perceive things to be. If you wished for everything to be beautiful, they really are. Everything is beautiful in its own simple unique way.

Upon gazing at the petronas twin tower by night, i was simply amazed. A unknown feeling overwhelmed. A feeling not felt for so long. A feeling of satisfaction. A feeling of unspeakable joy. Just indescribable feeling. As I indulge in the beauty of the towers like never before, I pondered why couldn't I embrace such beauty before. Why didn't I stand in awe of the beauty? A question even myself is incapable of answering.

But, the beauty was already there, high and majestic as it illuminates the sky. It was a work of God. It seems that the tower was made by God's own fine hands, for no man could conceive such a creation of beauty. It was magnificent.

Look around you. There's more beauty in everything than we choose to see. We do not appreciate the beauties that has been a common to our eyes. Open your eyes, marvel at the creations for its unique beauty, and thank God for everything that seems insignificant. That would be a beautiful way to embrace life than the ordinary complains of life.

ssshhhh.
let the silence overwhelm
as the insignificant
blooms its beauty
and a still image appears
a priceless sight
to a rare beginning
of an endless lost
in reverie.

fudge :: the beginning 21:01:05

Had gone to KL with Ro yesterday to take some pictures. Am currently thinking of idea's for our project. So we'll see what we come out with.

Had nearly won yesterday's futsal competition. Had gone to the finals, but sadly due to the referee's mistake, the opponent was awarded a illegal goal. Though we lost, we knew we the real victors , so there's nothing to be sad about.

Picture taking with Ro went our well. As evidently shown above. haha. We'll post more pictures on the multiply site. enjoy.

blessed..

Throughout these couple of days, God had been endless blessing. It seems that everything is working out quite well. Really better than I ever thought possible. He has endlessly blessed me with a couple of projects.

Its great to see the blessings of God. enjoy.

be different

If you are thinking I edited the colour of the picture, you are totally wrong. I took this photo during my trip to Ipoh. This old railway station was in the process of renovating. Couldn't resist taking the picture and it turned out great. Thanx Ro for pointing the picture out. Had totally forgot about the beauty of the picture. Be different. Enjoy

do you live for a cause?

Do I live for something?
Do I have a purpose?
Do I just live to love the temporary?
Or is there a Cause to live for?

Do we live for ourselves?
Are we that shallow?
Do we help because we needed help?
Do we give because we want to be given?
Is that compassion?

Are we superficial?
Living life of recognition?
Do we want to make a name for ourselves?
Is that a significant cause to live for?
Isn't that superficial?

I write, because I write,
I write hoping,
Hoping to bless,
Hoping to encourage,
Hoping to give hope,
To those that could find new meaning
A meaning to live for a cause.

But how?
One person?
Making the difference?

Its said it takes one
One person to make the difference
Oskar Schindler was one
Martin Luther King was one
But, the most important,
Jesus was one.

Jesus Christ was the one,
One man,
Taking up his cause,
Send for a mission
A cause to live to die
For our reconciliation with God
He accomplished the mission.

Have we a mission?
A reason to live for?
A cause worth dying?

Would we go on living our insignificant life?
Would we go on with the least mattered things?
Or would you take up your cause?
Would you live for the cross?

Would you give and bless?
Making the difference?
With no hopes of returns?
With hopes of being different?
With hopes of living up to the cross?

Would you live for a cause?
A greater cause
A cause worth everything
A cause worth laying down the pleasures?
A cause with a cost?
A cause for God.

Seasons may change,
Tides may rise,
But would you be there
At the end standing firm
For a cause
A cause that lives are changed
A cause that may flood the gates of heaven
A cause that defeats the prince of the world.

Do you have a purpose?
Do you have a Cause?
Would you have a purpose?
Would you have a Cause?

xphilx - its time to take up the cause for the cross...Thanx weun for the encouraging song. Appreciate it!

If you hadn't watched 'The Phantom Of Opera', you've gotta watch it!!...Its a great movie, but only if you love musical. But, there also a superb lookin Emmy Rossum which will make it all worth while. She had everything...great voice..great looks...great errrmm(dont go perverted okay!..its just great smile)...She was simply stunning and she's just 18 !!....You can't beat that man!

Anyway, the movie was good. Most parts of the movie was singing, singing and singing. Most of their conversation were singing. They were just singing and singing... And it was GREAT! If you like classical stuff, you'll love it. You'll come out of the cinema singing !! Its true!! You'll realize a new way to communicate...haha.. Overall, its a good movie. If you liked 'Moulin Rouge', you are bound to enjoy this flick.

beautiful city::putrajaya

After the long, headaching, mind boggling, half-sleeping classes endded 10 minutes after due time, I was stoned. My mind could reach no capacity to think no more. It went on 'standby', just incase of any unfortunate event that could make my mind turn back on and think. Fortunately, nothing of such happened. My mind was left blank in peace for the next 45 minutes drive to a friend's place.

With the stomach growling for some substance, I recall the last meal was during the morning. 'Grrwwllll', loudly it proclaimed, it could be heard probably by anyone not further a distance of 10meters. However, this hunger gave way to another addiction,- my lomo addiction. During the time at joe's place, I satisfy my addiction with the only drug possible, I went online and peek at the lomographic camera's and its spectacular pictures it could produce. This craze has got my mind set on one specific camera. It would take this chinese new year's 'ang pow' to fulfill this dream.

As I fed my addiction, hunger began to take its opportunity to strike. It evidently stucked too hard, that we all ended not going anywhere for dinner, but wherelse, if it wasn't but joe's mom's home cooked indian cuisine. As I indulge eating off my palm, I could not taste the very fine texture and ingredience of the dishes. All its boils down was to fill this non-stop growling stomach with food. It felt like the stomach could start its own 'MTV Non-Stop Hits' with all the growling going, it could fit a one hour program.

After all was done, we watched as the presumably Indonesian dominators lose out to Singapore in the final match of the Tiger Cup. The kiasu(s) would be ecstatic, celebrating their new found joy. They needed that such encouragement. As for Malaysia, we are simply glad we've got 3rd place. We needn't need win this trophy. It was nothing, we are happy as it is. We are lepak people.

Being happy and all for the neighbouring country, I choose to admire my own city and headed down to Putrajaya for a sight-seeing adventure. With 5 of us stucked in a Proton Satria, we cramped our way to Putrajaya. After dropping off joe's cousin back home, my legs finally found paradise with the additional space adequate to relax them.

It was my first time to Putrajaya, and undoubtly, there is noting like it. It had a modern and creative look. It was as though it was the City of Atlantis, beautiful and incredible, but hidden from the world. Sadly, i hadn't my camera with me. If only my Canon baby was with me, or even better, my lomo dream baby was here, it would a special time. However, the absence of the cameras had not taken away my amazement for this beautiful city. The city proved to entice me though my photo capturing babies weren't there.

On a brighter note, joe had his camera with him. We took a whole load of picture. It was abit funny since we just stopped our car in the middle of a bridge and started taking pictures. We spent about an hour or so driving around taking magnificent pictures and, it wouldn't had been so magnificent, if it wasn't for me in most of the pictures...haha.

All good things had to come to an end, and we headed back to realization, Sungai Long. Undoubtly, Putrajaya didn't look anything alike any cities in Malaysia. It was on a league of its own. After a drink at Sungai Long, Jess was the next to be kicked off the car. After sending her home, we were back to Puchong, and me back from there to PJ.

It wouldn't be long before my journey back to Putrajaya. And this time with my camera!...So, till I report back, I end quoting, "...Malaysia, Truly Asia..." enjoy.

holga....superb

Picture taken using a holga cam with 35mm film roll...So darn nice!!....i want !! i want!! ....arhhh....going crazy!! lomomaniac!!!!

Classes after lunch was cancelled today...Haha. Electricity was cut off in KL, causing all classes to be cancelled. Was suppose to have class till 8pm, but was off by 1pm!...GREAT...haha...Finally!, after so long it finally happened! I had always thought how it would be when the college had no electricity, and i've got the chance to witness it first-hand today..Amazing!

Since classes were all canceled by noon, could resist the temptation to go play basketball in the evening. After sweating all out, had to rush back before heading to ONE-Utama for 'Bridget Jones- Edge of Reason' with some friends. CRAP!... Let me just review that movie to you;

Reviewing 'Bridget Jones - Edge Of Reason'
Okay, lets see, the most part of the movie i was zzZZZzzZZZZzzz...and the other part of the movie i was also zZzzzZZZzzZZZ......So, what does that concludes?....zzZZzzZZZzz....YEAP!!!!....WAIT!...there was one memorable part, it was when that jacinda hottie kissed renee(true! its the most memorable part..trust me!)....other than that..zzZZZzzZZzzz..... Its a more a girly film. So, girls would find the movie terribly funny, while the guys would find the movie just terribly stupid and a waste of money. Thats just the way it is. So guys, don't even bother watching the movie, unless the you hear noisy girlfriends begging you to watch or are forced to. No offence to ya'll girls..haha.. :)

Anyway, what I gathered from that hour and half in the movie is, Jacinda Barrett is such a hottie..REALLY!....All Hail Jacinda!!

Couldn't resist posting her picture up...haha! Enjoy.....

just blank..

Hadn't posted for a long while. Everything seems just the same, nothing new, nothing much. Playing basketball with the guys has slowly creeped into my weekly schedule. Had finally got the Paradise's worship album 'adore'. Its good stuff!

My mind is just blank. I got no idea what is there to write about. So, till inspiration falls, enjoy.

to 'you'

to speak, is to hear your angelic voice,
to listen, is to savour that melody,
to smell, is to know your feeling,
to touch, is to comfort that emotion,
to look, is to see an angel,

to stare, is my movie,
to calm, is my duty,
to comfort, is my work,
to figure, is my pleasure,
to know, is my desire,

to hug, be my memory,
to fight, be my lesson,
to write, be my thoughts,
to run, be my guide,
to search, be my treasure,

to love, be forever.
to everything there is, can 'you' be found?

our beautiful madness

Had watched M.Night Shyamalan's 'The Village' yesterday nite. It was superb, though slow moving. Would definately highly recomend the movie, but you've gotta to have patience watching it. The concept and idea behind the movie was incredible. The whole movie had made believe that the movie was set in the older day, which indeed wasn't. In 2 words, 'simply superb'.

Anyway, the photo above was taken while I was driving to KL. This busy looking, industrial city can be defined justly as a beautiful madness.

New year's eve wasn't anything special this year. Had actually ended up celebrating the countdown in a sport store in Ikano, while was buying my futsal shoe. It had better discounts during that hour since it was the eve of the new year, and it was just irresistable to not buy one then. Afterwards, we all left for a drink in subang. New year was just too quiet this year. With no countdown parties and not many celebrations goin on, the roads were just empty. For the first time I've ever seen the roads that empty during such a celebrated day. No traffic jams, or whatsoever.

The year has indeed started out in solitude. We'll just have to wait and see what this year holds. This is byfar the most unusual New Year ever. Cheers peeps.
